Perhaps the luckless 5% are just an opening wedge in a broader takeover of healthcare further down the road. I'm not implying a conspiracy, so much as I'm observing that water will erode terrain that has been previously softened. For the "disruption" that attends every extension of government into the insurance and healthcare industries, the remaining patches of the free market will be blamed, and "solutions" will need to be "implemented." Drip, drip, drip...
